GRATE CHANNEL

Wastewaters reach the area where manual or automatic cleaning grids are located and then solid non-absorbable materials are held and moved away from the system.

Manual Grids are generally made of ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Grid" should be preferred. The mechanical grid works automatically and transfers solid materials to the waste bucket automatically.

PRIOR SETTLING TANK

Wastewaters, freed from solid materials by passing through the grid channel, reach the prior settling tank. Solid materials are held in this tank, reducing the pollution load of the wastewater. It allows the trouble-free operation of the mechanical equipment throughout the system.

It is usually necessary to remove the solid particles (sludge) accumulated on the floor of the settling tank from the system with the help of a vacuum truck at certain periods.

BALANCING TANK

The waters transferred from the prior settling tank top level are collected in the "BALANCING TANK". The balancing tank, designed based on the project, is used to store water.

Especially the wastewater that can occur at any time of the day is transferred to the PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM specifically in a homogeneous and balanced flow rate with the help of a submersible pump.

BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP

The wastewater taken from the balancing tank with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Treatment) tank dimensioned based on the project and flow rate. Wastewater is taken up to a certain level with the help of level floats inside the package treatment.

Oxygen transfer is provided with a compact blower in the system for microorganisms to multiply in the compact reactor. In this way, wastewater reaches oxygen richness. Wastewaters are passed to the discharge line by the organisms in the wastewater remaining motionless for a certain period when the blower in the system referred to passive mode in automated control of PLC and the organisms move to the bottom of the package treatment tank and are delivered to the discharge line by the Discharge pump. Chlorine dosage is made on the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leaks and prevent odor formation.
