GRATING CHANNEL

Wastewaters reach the area with manual or automatic self-cleaning grates and then solid non-absorbable materials are held and removed from the system.

Manual Grates are generally made of ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Grate" should be preferred. The mechanical grid works automatically and transfers solid materials to the waste bucket automatically.
 

PRE-TREATMENT TANK

Wastewaters that are cleared of solid materials by passing through the grate channel reach the pre-treatment tank. Solid materials are held in this tank, reducing the pollution load of the wastewater. Ensures the smooth operation of the mechanical equipment throughout the system.

The solid particles (sludge) accumulated in the pre-treatment tank floor need to be removed from the system at certain intervals through vacuum truck assistance.

BALANCING TANK

The waters transferred from the top level of the pre-treatment tank are collected in the "BALANCING TANK". The balancing tank, designed based on the project, is used to store water.

Especially waste waters that may occur at any time of the day are transferred to the PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM specifically with a homogenous and balanced flow rate through a submersible pump.

BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP

The wastewaters taken from the balancing tank with the help of a pump are transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Treatment) tank dimensioned based on the project and flow rate. Wastewater is taken up to a certain level with the help of level sensors in the package treatment.

Oxygen transfer is provided with the blower compactly located in the system for the microorganisms to reproduce in the system. In this way, wastewater reaches a certain level of oxygen richness. Wastewater reaches a level of oxygen richness. Wastewaters are transferred to the discharge line by the Deşarj pump. Chlorine dosage is applied to the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leakage and prevent odor formation.
