GRATE CHANNEL

Wastewaters reach the area with manual or automatic cleaning grids and then solid non-absorbing materials are captured and removed from the system.

Manual Grilles are generally manufactured as ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on the population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Grille" should be preferred. The mechanical grid operates automatically and transfers solid materials automatically to the waste bucket.
 

PRIOR PRE-TREATMENT POOL

The wastewater, which is rid of solid materials by passing through the grid channel, reaches the prior pre-treatment pool. Solid materials are held in this pool to reduce the pollution load of wastewater. It enables the smooth operation of mechanical equipment throughout the system.

The solid particles (Sludge) accumulated on the surface of the pre-treatment pool floor generally need to be removed from the system with the help of a septic tank.

BALANCING POOL

The waters transferred from the upper level of the pre-treatment pool gather in the "BALANCING POOL". Project-based designed balancing pool is used for storing water.

Especially the wastewaters that may occur at any time of the day are transferred to the PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM with a homogenous and balanced flow rate through a submersible pump.
BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP

The wastewater taken from the balancing pool with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Treatment) tank dimensioned based on the project and flow rate. Wastewater is collected up to a certain level with the help of level sensors in the package treatment.

Oxygen transfer is provided with the blower compactly located in the system for microorganisms to reproduce. In this way, wastewater reaches a certain level of oxygen richness. Wastewaters are controlled in PLC Automation and the blower goes into passive mode, and the stagnant wastewater for a certain period transfers organisms in it to the bottom of the package treatment tank and is then released to the discharge line by the discharge pump. Chlorine dosage is applied to the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leakage and odor formation is prevented.
