GRATE CHANNEL

Wastewaters reach an area with manual or automatic cleaning grids, where non-absorbable solid materials are captured and removed from the system.

Manual Grilles are generally made of ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Grille" should be preferred. The mechanical grille operates automatically and transfers solid materials to the waste bucket automatically.
 

PRE-TREATMENT POOL

Wastewaters, free of solid materials after passing through the grate channel, reach the pre-treatment pool. Solid materials are retained in this pool, reducing the pollution load of the wastewater. It ensures the smooth operation of the mechanical equipment throughout the system.

The solid particles (sludge) accumulated on the floor of the pre-treatment pool generally need to be removed from the system at certain intervals with the help of a vacuum truck.

BALANCING TANK

The water transferred from the top level of the pre-treatment pool is collected in the "BALANCING TANK". The balancing tank, designed project-based, is used to store water.

Especially, wastewater that may occur at any time of the day is transferred to the PACKAGED TREATMENT SYSTEM with a submersible pump especially in a homogeneous and balanced flow rate.

BIOLOGICAL PACKAGED TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP

The wastewater taken from the balancing tank with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Packaged Treatment) tank dimensioned based on the project and flow rate. Wastewater is taken to a certain level with the help of level floats in the packaged treatment.

Oxygen transfer is provided with the compact blower in the system for the growth of microorganisms. In this way, wastewater reaches a level of oxygen richness. In wastewater, under PLC Automation control, the blower transitions to a passive state, and the organisms inside the stationary wastewater for a certain period flow to the bottom of the packaged treatment tank and are conveyed to the discharge line by the discharge pump. Chlorine dosing is applied to the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leaks and odor formation.
