GRATE CHANNEL

Wastewaters reach the area where manual or automatic cleaning grids are located, solid non-absorbable substances are captured, and then removed from the system.

Manual Grids are generally made of ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on population and flow rate, “Automatic Mechanical Grid” should be preferred. The mechanical grid works automatically and transfers solid materials automatically to the waste bucket.
 

PRESCREENING TANK

Wastewaters free of solid materials passing through the grid channel reach the prescreening tank. Solid materials are retained in this tank, reducing the pollution load of the wastewater. It enables the smooth operation of the mechanical equipment throughout the system.

The solid particles (Sludge) accumulated on the bottom of the prescreening tank generally need to be removed from the system periodically with the help of a vacuum truck.

BALANCING TANK

The waters transferred from the top level of the prescreening tank are collected in the "BALANCING TANK." The balancing tank, designed project-specifically, is used for water storage.

Especially wastewater that may occur at any time of the day is transferred to the PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM homogeneously and evenly with the help of a submersible pump.

BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP

The wastewater taken from the balancing tank with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Treatment) tank, which is dimensioned based on the project and flow rate. In the package treatment, wastewater is collected up to a certain level with the help of level switches.

Oxygen transfer is provided with the blower compactly located in the system, allowing microorganisms to reproduce. In this way, wastewater reaches an adequate oxygen level. In the wastewater treatment system, under PLC Automation control, the blower transitions to a passive state, and wastewater that remains motionless for a certain period allows the organisms in it to settle to the bottom of the package treatment tank and are discharged to the discharge line by the Discharge pump. Chlorine dosage is applied to the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leakage and odor formation.
