SCREEN CHANNEL
Wastewaters reach the area with manual or automatic cleaning screens and then solid non-absorbable materials are held and removed from the system.
Manual screens are generally manufactured as ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Screen" should be preferred. The mechanical screen works automatically and transfers solid materials to the waste bucket automatically.
PREFILTRATION TANK
Wastewaters, cleared of solid materials by passing through the screen channel, reach the prefiltration tank. Solid materials are held in this tank, reducing the pollution load of wastewater. It allows the trouble-free operation of the mechanical equipment throughout the system.
The solid particles (Sludge) accumulated on the prefiltration tank floor usually need to be removed from the system by suction truck at certain intervals.
BALANCING TANK
Waters transferred from the top level of the prefiltration tank are collected in the "BALANCING TANK." The balancing tank designed project-based is used to store water.
Especially waste waters that can occur at any time of the day are transferred to the PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM with a homogenous and balanced flow rate with the help of a submersible pump.
BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE TREATMENT TANK (REACTOR) SBR-STP
The wastewater taken from the balancing tank with the help of a pump is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Treatment) tank sized according to the project and flow rate. Wastewater is taken to a certain level with the help of level control floats inside the package treatment.
Oxygen transfer is provided with the blower compactly located in the system for microorganisms to grow in the system. In this way, wastewater reaches an oxygen-rich level. In the wastewater, under PLC Automation control, the blower goes into passive mode and the microorganisms in the inactive wastewater settle to the bottom of the package treatment tank and are transferred to the discharge line by the Discharge pump. Chlorine dosing is applied to the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial leakage and prevent odor formation.
